+++ News: We are on Mars +++

The support structure for the experiment HP3 of the Mars mission Insight, which we fabricated on behalf of the DLR, is now on Mars.

Heavily involved in lightweight construction

CFRP – this fascinating material enables lightweight construction with a wide range of applications.

Whether “pure” or as a hybrid construction in combination with other materials: Wherever parts need to be moved quickly, masses kept low or high weight-related stiffness and strength realized, CFRP offers decisive advantages over conventional designs.

Lightweight construction is exactly our field: for more than 25 years, we have been exclusively dedicated to the development and manufacture of efficient high-performance structures made of CFRP. Our focus is on the manufacture of rods and structures of high stiffness and strength with low weight.

For this purpose, we primarily process high-modulus and ultra-high-modulus fibers in our own manufacturing process.

Our products are used to solve demanding tasks in aerospace, measurement technology and increasingly in mechanical engineering.

It is important to us to supply products that our customers can use even without detailed CFRP know-how. From the outset, we have focused intensively on the the interface between CFRP and the surrounding structures. Today, we are able to offer our customers a wide range of tried and tested interface solutions that answer virtually all questions that may arise regarding the interfacing.

We are pleased to present our product range as well as examples from our wide range of applications on the following pages. We would also be happy to advise you personally on the implementation of your lightweight construction projects with CFRP – please contact us!

WE ACCOMPANY YOUR CFRP PROJECT FROM ANALYSIS TO SERIES PRODUCTION

Because we don’t just make rods, we offer the complete range of services for your project. Often, direct replication of conventional structures in CFRP (“black metal”) leads to unsatisfactory results. In many cases, it is more promising to redesign or rebuild the structures concerned in order to meet the individual requirements in the best possible way.

We would be pleased to contribute our know-how to the implementation of your CFRP project. This includes, for example, an appropriate analysis of the lightweight structure, the design and dimensioning of the required individual parts, the creation of a prototype and the production of series parts.
